We are delighted to announce that we has been awarded funding through the Transport Research and Innovation Grants (TRIG) 2023 programme. This funding represents a significant milestone in our efforts to develop cutting-edge solutions for environmental sustainability in the transport sector.
About the TRIG Programme
The TRIG programme is designed to support SMEs and academic researchers in pioneering innovative projects that enhance the transport industry. Funded by the UK Department for Transport and managed by Connected Places Catapult, TRIG aims to accelerate the development of transformative technologies.
Our Mission: CO₂ Capture from Ship Emissions
At Monoclinic, we specialize in adsorption-based technologies designed to capture carbon dioxide (CO₂) emissions from ships. The maritime industry is a major source of global greenhouse gas emissions, and our research is dedicated to providing scalable, efficient solutions to mitigate this environmental impact.
With this funding, Monoclinic will advance the development of CO₂ capture technologies, contributing to the decarbonization of the transport sector and a more sustainable future. We express our sincere gratitude to the Department for Transport and Connected Places Catapult for their support and look forward to making meaningful progress with this initiative.
